Turn mfker TURN! Wait... brake BRAAA...eeeeeeeeek…

First stab at implementing a car in Godot 3.x (I forget the exact version, but the one before Godot 4 dropped in March). I had read that the vehicle physics in Godot were kinda funky. Instead of being deterred by this, it made me switch from a previous project I had been considering to do for March.

I thought that if the physics were funny then half of the fun would already be there in a final game. If I could shape the game enough for the fun to shine through...
